My humble beginnings…

Caroline Lee, the founder of GSC Consultancy, quit teaching profession in 1995. In just 5 years, she became lifetime member of MDRT.

In 2009, she achieved the first Breakaway GSM, signifying leadership growth and team expansion.

In 2015, she received CEO Awards – The Superlady Awards.

In 2016, she achieved a second Breakaway GSM, continuing to expand leadership influence.

In 2022, she achieved a third Breakaway GSM. In the same year, GSC Consultancy received the AAA (Admired Agency Awards) for the 12 year running.

In 2023, she received the Million Dollar League Award at the 2023 Supremacy Summit.

Fast forward today, the team is still growing fast and strong.
